The pictures you upload are at your own risk. In case of copyright infringement, this responsibility belongs to the user who uses the site and depotic.com does not accept responsibility for this. So you are responsible for the picture you uploaded, not depotic.com. We are an image upload and hosting site. We keep the images you upload until you delete them. If the copyright infringement complaint comes, we can delete the image you uploaded. Please use our site taking this into account. Each user is responsible for the picture he uploads. In legal processes that may occur, the loader will be shown responsible.
- Copyrighted images if you don't own copyright for it
- Violence, racial intolerance, or advocate against any individual, group, or organization
- Any other images that might be considered illegal in Turkey, USA or EU countries
If you are not sure whether image you want to upload is allowed then do not upload that image. All uploaded images are checked by staff and images that violate terms will be removed without warning and uploader of such images might be banned from website.
